Concept

ー環境をデザインする装置ー
代々木上原でデザインさせて頂いた中戸川。大人の居酒屋を業態コンセプトにした｢おもてなしの心｣が伝わるような気取らない自然体のお店です。
空間デザインもまた…限られたスペースを生かし、どの席も心地よく食やお酒を楽しめるように心掛けました。空間の3面が…窓と言う特殊な環境を逆にサインとして活かしながら…自在回転するパーテーションで立地環境を自在に制御できるようにデメリットをメリットへと変換しました。空間全体をデザインの力で、オトナノイザカヤに誘う装置へと昇華させるコトが出来たと思う。

ー　The device which designs environment　ー
Nakatogawa which I designed in Yoyogiuehara. It is a just plain, natural shop, but you will feel “a heart of the hospitality.” Its concept is the bar of adult.
As for the space design... I kept limited space alive and took care that customers in all seats are able to enjoy a meal and liquor pleasantly. While I made use of special characteristic that there are the windows on the tree sides as an individuality... I converted a demerit into a merit using the partition which turned and controlled location environment freely. Thanks to the power of design, the whole space was sublimated into the device tempts you to come to otonanoizakaya.
