Concept

『道玄坂バル 克ッ』は、元々お弁当屋さんだった店舗を、居抜きで借りられたスペースでした。
空間デザインとして目的は…低予算の中で、賑わいと活気を創り出すことでした。残された厨房機器や、照明など…使えるモノは全て生かしながらも、機能性にあふれた今までにないバール業態が創れたと思います。美味しい国産ワインにこだわり。溶岩石で焼き上げられる鳥料理。そして明るく元気なスタッフにも助けられ、活気溢れるバルとして再生させることが出来ました。

“Dogenzaka Baru Katsu” was opened in the space I was able to rent without a residence. This was originally a lunch provider.
The purpose as the space design was to create turnout and vigor at low cost. I think that they were able to make the unprecedented Baru business condition that overflowed in functionality while making use of the usable articles, a kitchen apparatus and the illumination... There are particular about delicious domestic wine, the bird dish which is baked with a lava stone.
I was able to regenerate vigor as Baru thanks to the help of cheerful staff.
