Members Chinese Cuisine

西麻布に新たなスタイルのお店が生まれました。
究極のおもてなしを目指してオーナーが選びぬいたシェフとソムリエ、そしてマネージャーたちが創り出す至高の料理たち。
そんな主役たちを引き立てる脇役としての空間は本物の石や木にこだわり、また仕上げも滋味深く輝く真鍮が空間に品格をあたえるように心掛けました。

Members Chinese Cuisine

A new style shop was born in the Nishiazabu aiming for the ultimate hospitality.
The best dish that is created by selected chefs, sommeliers and the managers.
In order to create the space as a supporting role to complement such protagonists.
I was particular about using the real stones and trees and I also tried that shining the brilliant brass gives the space grace.
